Longmont, Colorado: Homes and Everyday Life

A small town grown into a full city, with views of Longs Peak and about 15 minutes to Boulder.

Living in Longmont

Longmont, CO homes sit in a town I've watched change a great deal over the last 30 years. It has grown from a small town into a modern city, with its own businesses, restaurants and breweries. It still has open views to the west. From most neighborhoods in town you get a great view of Longs Peak.

Longmont works well for people who want city conveniences without being in Boulder or Denver. It's about 15 minutes from Boulder and about 15 minutes from Lyons, so the mountains and the foothills are close.

Because the town is larger than many around it, there's more variety in the homes and the prices. That gives buyers more choices and gives sellers a wider range of buyers. It also means the details matter, since two homes a few miles apart can be very different.

How I help buyers and sellers in Longmont

I'm Carol Vanlandingham, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty. My home base is Erie, just to the south, and I've lived in this area for over 31 years. I help people buy and sell in Longmont, and I've seen how the town has grown.

If you're selling, I price your home from the homes it's competing with right now in your part of town, not a citywide average. Then I keep working after it goes live, and you get regular updates. See how I sell a home.

If you're buying, I help you sort out which parts of town fit your budget and your days, and I explain every step before you reach it. See how I help you buy.

My clients have given me a 5.0 rating across 27 Google reviews. Either way, I advise and you decide.
