This website is run by Carol Vanlandingham, a REALTOR® and Broker Associate licensed in Colorado (license FA.100071311), doing business as Homes by Carol LLC. I'm affiliated with eXp Realty, LLC, my brokerage. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
What this site is and isn't
This site shares information about my services and about real estate in Erie, Boulder County and Northern Colorado. It's here to help you learn and to make it easy to contact me.
Nothing on this site is legal, tax, lending or investment advice. For those questions, please talk with an attorney, an accountant or a lender. Reading this site, filling out a form or sending me a message doesn't make me your agent. A working relationship starts only when we both sign a written agreement.
Listing and market information
Property details on this site come from my own listings and from the multiple listing service. I work to keep them accurate, but details such as price, availability, square footage and schools can change and aren't guaranteed. Please confirm anything that matters to your decision. Some listing photos are virtually staged or digitally enhanced, and those are labeled. Market figures are accurate as of the date shown with them.
Using this site
The words, design and original content on this site belong to me or to the people who license them to me. Listing photos may belong to the photographer or be licensed to the listing brokerage. Please don't copy, scrape or republish the content without permission. You're welcome to share links to any page.
